Announcements for construction solicitations for the Departments of Administration, Military Affairs, Natural Resources, Transportation and other State Agencies. The State is currently transitioning between Plan Room providers. The Plan Room previously provided by Franz Reprographics is no longer available. To view solicitations log into the QuestCDN Plan Room where plans and specifications may be viewed without charge. Plans and specifications can be downloaded per project for a non-refundable charge of $6.00 for most projects. Parties may become a Subscriber by paying an annual cost of $200 to QuestCDN for unlimited downloads. Projects using VirtuBid™ may have additional charges.

Registration is now open for the first-ever Minnesota Construction Industry Conference on Feb. 6, 2014, at the Ramada Inn Mall of America in Bloomington.
This one-day conference – hosted by the state of Minnesota and construction industry partners – will provide educational and networking opportunities for highway, heavy, commercial building and residential contractors, plus informative general sessions for the entire construction industry. The event will update construction industry members about current regulations and rules and provide an opportunity for attendees to share ideas with state officials about how to build a better Minnesota. Select courses will offer continuing education units and attendees will have the option of scheduling individual time with state agency staff during the conference’s 1-on-1 with the State sessions throughout the day.

If the solicitation is due after 2:00 a.m., October 29, 2006, but before 2:00 a.m., April 1, 2007, it is considered Central Standard Time.
In general, in the US, in those places that observe Daylight Saving Time:
Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in April
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in October
