The Source Podcast: OKC Thunder, among the NBA’s most cautious franchises, allows fans back at home games

Fans of the Oklahoma City Thunder will return to a regular-season home game on Sunday for the for the first time since COVID-19 shut down the NBA in March 2020. 

Thunder beat writer Joe Mussatto joined The Source podcast to retell the team’s long road back to an open arena and how Oklahoma City quietly had some of the strictest COVID-19 measures of any NBA franchise last season. 

With a new Thunder season beginning this week, Mussatto explains the financial impact of COVID on the franchise and what protocols fans face at the Paycom Center.
